Using excellent intelligent central system with radar sensor to precise control the seeding volume and the electrically regulated metering roller, the seed enters the air channel where the electric fan conveys it through plastic hoses to the dispersion plates, from there it is evenly distributed near the ground. This enables precise seeding or fertilizing even when the wind is blowing.

Seed Metering Mechanism(Seed Roller)
The YongXiang seeders uses individual metering wheels for each seed outlet enabling accurate seed metering and guaranteeing the same amount of seed is conveyed to each outlet, This is crucially important when using
low seed rates and small seeds. Tool-free handling for changing the seed roller to spread different materials
such as rice, wheat, rapeseed, soybean, sorghum, grass seed ,.etc
APP Control Panel (Tablet)
The 10inch smart tablet with app application allows the operator to control and adjust basic seeding parameters.
It also can monitor the seeder hoses condition, seeds level, caculating working time and area in real time.
Simple operation to switch ON/OFF working condition, empty the remaining material, set working width,
seed volume and calibration.
Control and Drive System
The amount of seed applied is controlled by the speed of the metering roller and is adjusted until the desired seed
rate is achieved. The Yongxiang seeder has a clever step-less 12V electric motor that is constantly checked and
adjusted by the central control system to provide a constant seed rate at all times.
Electric Fan(Air Blower)
The two 12v electric fans provide the airflow to deliver the seed down the pipe to the correct position, makes seeds
delivering instantly and evenly. The fans are totally enclosed by mesh air that intakes to prevent the ingress of
straw and chaff.
Radar Sensor for Seed and Speed Sync Adjust
YongXiang seeders have a radar sensor measuring the farward speed and feedback the speed value to control box,
provide constant forward speed related to seed metering. It does not matter if you slow down or speed up your tractor,
the seeder will always sync the seed rate to the tractor speed rate.
Agitator with Seed Level Sensor
Seed agitator is fitted above the roller shaft to avoid any bridging of seed, which can also ensure an efficient
and gentle flow of seeds. Inside of the hopper, it also has a seed level sensor connected to the control box,
allows quick and easy view of seed levels on APP.
Block and Open Outlets Independently
The seeder has a specially designed L-shaped plug patch, when the long part of the patch is inserted into the seeder,
The corresponding outlet will be blocked and no seeds will be discharged. Otherwise, when the short part of the patch
is inserted into the seeder,The corresponding outlet will be open and seeds will be discharged again.
Broadcast or Drill Sowing
The advantage of this method is spreading seeds evenly regardless of wind conditions, the seeder comes
as standard with 8 or 12 baffle plates with U-brackets which is retained for broadcasting and simply removed
for drill sowing. The baffle plate can be fixed to a square pipe (40 x 40 mm).
