Wheat sowing machine has the characteristics of uniform sowing, consistent depth, stable row spacing, good soil covering, seed saving, and high work efficiency. The following points should be noted when using the seeder correctly:

1. Do a good job of maintenance before entering the field. Clean up the debris in the sowing box and the grass and soil wrapped on the furrow opener to ensure that they are in good condition, and add lubricating oil to the transmission and rotating parts of the tractor and seeder according to the requirements of the manual, especially before each shift, pay attention to the lubrication and tension of the transmission chain and the tightening of the bolts on the seeder.

2. After the wheat seeder is connected to the tractor, it must not be tilted, and the frame should be horizontal before and after working.

3. Make various adjustments. According to the provisions of the instruction manual and agronomic requirements, adjust the sowing amount, row spacing of the furrow opener, and the depth of the furrow covering and pressing wheel appropriately.

4. Pay attention to adding seeds. The seeds added to the seed box should be free of small, husk and impurities to ensure the effectiveness of the seeds; secondly, the amount of seeds added to the seed box should at least cover the entrance of the seeding box to ensure smooth seeding.

5. Test sowing with a wheat seeder. To ensure the quality of sowing, before large-scale sowing, you must insist on trial sowing for 20 meters and observe the working conditions of the seeder. Ask agricultural technicians, farmers and others to conduct inspections and consultations to confirm that they meet the local agronomic requirements before large-scale sowing.

6. Pay attention to driving in a straight line at a uniform speed. When the operator chooses the operation route, it should ensure the convenience of adding seeds and the entry and exit of the machine. When sowing, pay attention to driving in a straight line at a uniform speed. Do not speed up or slow down or stop in the middle to avoid re-seeding or missing sowing; to prevent the furrow opener from being blocked, the lifting and lowering of the seeder must be operated while moving, and the seeder should be lifted when backing up or turning.

7. First, sow the land head horizontally to avoid rolling the land head hard and causing the sowing depth to be too shallow.

8. When sowing wheat seeders, always observe the working conditions of the seed meter, furrow opener, cover and transmission mechanism. If there is blockage, clay, grass entanglement, or loose seed coverage, eliminate them in time. Adjustment, repair, lubrication or cleaning of grass entanglement should be done after parking.

9. When the seed drill is working, it is strictly forbidden to reverse or turn sharply. The lifting or lowering of the seed drill should be done slowly to avoid damage to the machine parts.

10. During operation, the seeds in the seed box shall not be less than 1/5 of the volume of the seed box; when transporting or transferring plots, the seed box shall not be loaded with seeds, let alone other heavy objects.
